About Dr. Catherine Clark

Catherine Clark is a lecturer in business and management in the Univeristy of the West of Scotland, School of Business and Creative Industries. This is where she obtained her PhD, which explored Entrepreneurial Leadership skills in Scottish SMEs. Prior to this Catherine worked in industry, primarily in management for 10 years.

Entrepreneurial Leadership is her primary research interest. Broader research interests include Leadership, Human Resource Management and Small and Medium Sized Enterprises.

Dr. Catherine Clark handles review of manuscripts that are submitted under the following topics.

  • General Business Research
  • General Management
  • Labour Relations and Human Resource Management
  • Organisational Behaviour and Theory
  • Any other interdisciplinary research relevant to business, research, or management
