About Dr. Walter Vesperi

Walter Vesperi is a assistant professor in Organizational Studies at the Magna-Grecia University of Catanzaro (Italy) and scientific co-director of master program in "People management and managerial tools for complex organizations". He holds a PhD in Economics and Management from the University of Messina. Walter is the author and co-author of numerous scientific articles, books and book chapters. He is a member of several international research units on knowledge transfer, the health system and the agri-food sector. His main research topics are knowledge management, HRM and Organization Theory. Furthermore, he is a member of several scientific communities such as ASSIOA, Academic of Management and EGOS. He is a reviewer in several international journals and conferences.
