About Professor Wanbaio Ma

Wanbiao Ma is Professor of Mathematics of University of Science and Technology Beijing. He received B. degree in Mathematics in 1983 from Inner Mongolia Normal University (Huhhot, China), M. degree in Mathematics in 1983 from Inner Mongolia Normal University (Huhhot, China) / Hebei Normal University (Shijiazhuang, China), and Ph. D. degree in Engineering in 1997 from Shizuoka University (Hamamatsu, Japan). Wanbiao Ma became Professor in 2003. He visited Kyoto University (Japan) form 1993-1994, and worked at Inner Mongolia Normal University, Osaka Prefecture University (Japan) and Shizuoka University (Japan) as assistant professor, lecture and associate professor.

He has published nearly 160 academic papers in some international journals and Chinese journals. He is also the reviewer of Math. Review (AMS) since 1994 and the member of several societies (AMS, Japanese Society for Mathematical Biology and Chinese Society of Mathematical Biology). He is now vice president of Chinese Society of Mathematical Biology.
