About Dr. Karen Cripps

Dr Karen Cripps lectures in Business Management at the University of Winchester Business School within the Department of Responsible Management and Leadership. With a PhD in Sustainable Supply Chain Management in UK Tour Operations from Leeds Metropolitan University, Karen now researches responsible leadership with a particular interest in sustainability mindset for organisational learning and development. She has expertise in qualitative analysis. Karen supervises PhD/DBA students in areas such as sustainable business models and networks, employee engagement, age diversity in management and cultural change.
