About Dr. Christos Troussas

Dr. Christos Troussas is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Informatics and Computer Engineering of the University of West Attica (Greece). He has been a Postdoctoral Researcher in the field of Personalization technologies in Software Engineering and has received a Ph.D. degree in Informatics, a M.Sc. degree in “Intelligent Technologies of Human-Computer Interaction” and a B.Sc. degree in Informatics from the Department of Informatics of the University of Piraeus (Greece). He has participated in national and international research projects. He has served as Academic Editor and Editorial Board member in many international journals. Also, he has been Technical Program Committee member in many international conferences. He has published extensively in international journals, books and conference proceedings and is coauthor of a monograph in the area of artificial intelligence in education (Springer). His influential research is indicated by hundreds of citations of his work and by having received best paper awards in international conferences in the field of computer science. His current research interests are in the areas of knowledge-based software engineering, artificial intelligence, human-computer interaction, affective computing and adaptive hypermedia systems.
